Hi, y’all! My name is Sammie Linton (he/him/his) and it is an honor to serve the students and staff at Cal! I began my professional journey in residence life at the University of Tennessee at Martin where I earned my B.S. in Political Science and soon after earned my M. Ed. in Educational Leadership at Florida Atlantic University. Some of my experiences range from planning small & large scale events to creating restorative learning environments to engaging with student rights and responsibilities. In all of it, I’ve been fortunate to learn, grow, and ultimately give back to the profession that gives me so much life. I enjoy Disney (anything), good food, great friends, and exploring new places.
