Your health and safety is a priority. The residence halls have a number of psychological, health, safety, and security services to help ensure your well-being and safety.
We provide information on emergency preparedness, fire prevention, and earthquake safety.
We offer psychological and counseling services right here in the residence halls, for when you need an objective professional to talk to about any challenges you are facing.
We also have a residential security liaison program with the UC Police Department, have security staff on site, provide personal safety tips, and offer resources for everything from crime prevention to health and support services, and more.
This commitment to safety and security is a shared responsibility between the University and students. We have taken many measures to ensure your safety living in the residence halls, and we also expect you to be proactive in protecting yourself and your community. Everyone has a role to play to improve personal and community safety.
